“I see myself getting somewhere in life now,” said 19-year-old Asher Wright who has successfully completed the GAP programme.
Asher added: “The GAP programme has made a huge difference to me – it’s made me more confident and able to think ahead and I’ve learnt how to represent myself better.
“The programme has made me realise I want to continue my education, either doing a full-time motor vehicle course or getting an apprenticeship in the industry.
“I’m ready to take on any task and am very proud of what I’ve achieved and where I am now compared to this time last year”.
