Please complete the sponsorship form below. Upon completion of the form we will be in touch to confirm your sponsorship.
Please ensure that you have read the Terms and Conditions for the event sponsorship as when submitting this form you are agreeing to these.
If you would like to be a sponsor of the event, please complete the sponsorship booking form and indicate on the form you have read the terms & conditions.
Booking
Upon receipt of the completed booking form you will receive a confirmation email confirming your booking. After this you will be invoiced accordingly and this will be sent to the email provided.
Payment Terms
All prices are VAT inclusive.
Upon receipt of the invoice you will have 30 days to pay for the sponsorship in full.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the sponsor must be made via email to marketing@wolvcoll.ac.uk . City of Wolverhampton College will retain 50% of the sponsorship cost for any cancellations made before Friday 21 April, after this 100% of the sponsorship cost will be retained.
Cancellation of the Apprenticeship Awards 2023 by City of Wolverhampton College
It is mutually agreed that in the event of cancellation of the awards due to fire, natural disaster (either threatened or actual), government regulations or causes which would prevent the event taking place, this agreement will be terminated immediately.
City of Wolverhampton College shall determine a reasonable basis for the refund of a portion of the sponsorship purchased, after consideration of expenditures and commitments already made.
