People who want to kick off the new year with a qualification can find out about courses on offer at City of Wolverhampton College at an open day in January.
The college’s campuses at Paget Road in Compton and Wellington Road in Bilston will be open on Saturday, 8 January, 10am-2pm, for people to get information on part-time courses starting in the coming weeks, full-time courses starting in September and apprenticeships with employers in the area.
Visitors will be able to chat to tutors about the best qualifications for their chosen career, have a tour of campus facilities, take part in activities related to the subject they are interested in studying and get details of financial support to help with college costs.
Those attending the open day can apply for their chosen course at the event, have an interview with a member of the college’s admissions team and, subject to entry criteria, leave with an offer of a place to start their qualification later in the year.
