Here's what our staff have to say about working with us:
All the staff have been so welcoming and I have been given so much support from senior managers. Having previously worked elsewhere in Further Education I was sceptical coming back into an FE environment, but I have been pleasantly surprised and would recommend the college to anyone.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the people are kind and supportive. I always feel like I can count on my colleagues for help and support, and I'm always learning new things. It's an exciting and rewarding place to build my career, and I enjoy meeting new people and engaging with students every day.
I enjoy working with students and helping them in all areas of college life, particularly financial support. I am grateful for the support from my colleagues, who have helped me quickly learn the ropes of this new role coming from a non-finance background.
